The Scientific Board of Euronext Paris indices, an institution independent from Euronext, has decided to include Amundi in the SBF 120, one of the main indexes of the Paris stock exchange (Euronext Paris).
This decision shall take effect at the close of the trading session of 18 March 2016.
The SBF 120 (Société des Bourses Françaises) is a French index comprised of 120 stocks listed on Euronext Paris. It provides a diversified view of the French equity market through a wider selection of companies than the CAC 40.
The SBF 120 includes all 40 stocks in the CAC 40 index, plus 80 additional stocks selected among the 85 most liquid stocks listed on Euronext Paris. Companies included in the SBF 120 are chosen based on their liquidity and their sector representativeness. Only the most liquid stocks integrate the index.
