Amundi is a provider of investment solutions created in 2010 in France, further to the merger of the asset management arms of Crédit Agricole and Société Générale.
Its name "Amundi" was chosen to embody both its main area of activity (Am - asset management) and its European roots with a global outlook (Mundi – world in Latin). In line with its position as the European leader, our brand has remained stable and consistent since its creation.
Amundi is the Group's main brand and encompasses all its activities worldwide and a trademark recognised everywhere.
Amundi Alpha Associates
Alpha Associates joined the Amundi group in 2024. Founded in Switzerland in 2004, it is a Private Equity, Private Debt and Infrastructure manager and advisor. Following the creation of the combined platform with Amundi in 2024, the company has two hubs and 70 professionals, 50 of which at the headquarters in Zurich and 20 in Paris.
BFT Investment Managers
A wholly-owned subsidiary of Amundi, BFT Investment Managers is among the top ten management companies on the French mutual fund market. For over 35 years, it has sought to combine financial performance with sustainability to generate a positive social and environmental impact.
CPRAM
A fully-owned subsidiary of Amundi, CPRAM is an innovative asset management company covering all asset classes (equities, fixed income, credit and multi-asset class management). It has been supporting its clients - institutional investors, corporates, insurance companies, private banks, fund managers and wealth management professionals - for over 30 years. CPRAM is one of the pioneers of thematic investment.
KBI Global Investors
Founded in 1980 in Dublin (Ireland) and a fully-owned subsidiary of Amundi, KBI Global Investors is an institutional asset management boutique. It specialises in strategies designed to capture long-term trends and in natural resources strategies. It has a strong commitment to responsible investing.
Société Générale Gestion
Société Générale Gestion is an asset management company dedicated to one of France’s main banking networks: Société Générale. As a medium-sized management company, it combines the agility of a small organisation with the strength of Amundi, its parent company and the European leader in asset management.
Fund Channel
Jointly-owned by Amundi and CACEIS, Fund Channel offers innovative services and an open architecture to simplify fund distribution, enhancing transparency and efficiency for asset managers and fund distributors. Fund Channel enables enhanced relationships with clients and regulators thanks to its ecosystem of digitised services.
Victory Capital
In the United States, on April 1st 2025, Amundi became a strategic shareholder of Victory Capital, entering into 15-year distribution reciprocal agreements. Amundi will distribute Victory Capital’s US-manufactured active asset management products outside of the US. Additionally, Amundi will be the supplier of non-US manufactured products for Victory Capital’s distribution in the US.
ABC-CA Fund Management
Launched in 2008, ABC-CA Fund Management is the joint venture between Amundi and Agricultural Bank of China (ABC).
Amundi BOC Wealth Management
In 2020, Amundi and Bank of China created Amundi BOC Wealth Management, the first foreign majority-owned asset management joint venture in China.
SBI Mutual Fund
SBI Mutual Fund, the joint venture between Amundi and State Bank of India, India’s largest bank, was created in 1987.
NH-Amundi Asset Management
In 2003, Amundi joined forces with NongHyup Financial Group to create the NH-Amundi AM joint venture.
