More than 600 employees explored new career paths, discovered internal mobility opportunities and learned more about the many ways we support professional development at the fourth edition of our Internal Mobility Days.
Driving continuous skills development and opening up career opportunities across Amundi
From May 26 to 28, 2026, a series of workshops covered topics such as defining a professional project, CV writing, interview preparation, expanding a network, optimising a LinkedIn profile, and making the most of LinkedIn Learning. These sessions gave 200+ participants practical tools and concrete advice to support their skills and career development as well as their mobility projects.
The Multiplex Day offered 500+ participants a rich program of presentations and testimonials, highlighting four key takeaways:
- Functional and geographic mobility help strengthen the collective agility, collaboration, and corporate culture.
- Skills development is a priority of our 2028 Strategic Plan for every Amundian.
