We are announcing some changes in our corporate governance, with a view to amplify our growth and our development
These changes will strengthen the focus on clients, support the development in high-growth regions and market segments, and will allow to pursue our company's transformation.
Within the General Management Committee:
- Fannie Wurtz, Head of the Distribution & Wealth Division, ETF & Passive Business Lines, now also oversees Amundi's activities in Asia.
- Olivier Mariée, Head of Joint-Ventures, now also oversees International Partner Networks.
- Céline Boyer-Chammard, Head of Sustainable Transformation and Organization, now also oversees the Marketing and Products business line.
- Cinzia Tagliabue is appointed CEO of Amundi in Italy.
Within the Executive Committee:
- Eric Bramoullé is appointed CEO of Amundi in the United Kingdom.
- Alice de Bazin is appointed CEO of CPR Asset Management.
- Gilles Cutaya is appointed Head of Marketing and Products.
- Gabriele Tavazzani is appointed Head of Joint-Ventures Business Development.
