Amundi announces the appointment of Claire Cornil as Chief Operating Officer. She is a member of Amundi General Management Committee.
In addition, Claire Creyssels is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Société Générale Gestion (SGG), under the responsibility of Benoit Tassou, Head of the French Partner Networks Division.
These appointments are effective as of April 1, 2026.

Claire Cornil was Chief Executive Officer of Société Générale Gestion since 2023. She joined Société Générale Gestion in 2022 as Deputy CEO, having previously held the position of Deputy Head of the Structured Solutions Business at Amundi.
In 2005, Claire joined Crédit Agricole Structured Asset Management, then Amundi where she held various positions within the Structured Products division.
Claire was previously within CACIB, where she began her career in 1998 in the risk department, before joining the capital markets activities in 2001.
Claire Cornil is a graduate from Sciences Po Paris and holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris.
