Our Code of Conduct implements the commitments set forth in our Ethical Charter. It is designed to guide our daily actions, decisions, and behaviors. Our Code of Conduct outlines for instance our measures to combat financial crime and prevent market abuse.
Our fight against corruption policy is based on a zero-tolerance Anti-Corruption Policy and the implementation of effective measures. Our commitment has been recognized through the ISO 37001 – Anti-bribery management systems certification.
Our Conflict of Interest Prevention and Management Policy outlines our measures for preventing and managing conflicts of interest that could potentially harm the interests of our clients.
