Our commitment to reducing our direct carbon footprint
Our ESG Ambitions Plan 2025 set the following targets for reducing our carbon footprint by the end of 2025 compared to levels registered in 2018.

Energy consumption
Target end 2025: 30% reduction in CO2 emissions per employee related to energy consumption.
Result end 2024: a substantial reduction in CO2 emissions associated with energy, reflecting our efforts to decrease consumption and transition to renewable energy (-73% compared to 2018).

Business travel
Target end 2025: reduction in CO2 emissions of 30% per employee vs 2018.
Result end 2024: reduction in CO2 emissions of 57% per employee vs 2018.

Greening our energy supplies
- 100% renewable energy supplies our Paris offices, as well as this in Germany, Austria, and Japan.
- A continuous improvement approach that involves implementing measures to optimize energy consumption.

Reducing our travel related emissions

Reducing our travel related emissions
- Our business travel policy applies to all our entities worldwide.
- Prior approval from a member of the management team is required for any international travel
- Train travel is mandatory for journeys lasting less than three hours.
- Subsidizing public transport or offering sustainable mobility options such as bicycles encourages the use of low carbon travel options for the staff’s local commute to the office

Evaluating the carbon footprint of our purchases
We aim to work with suppliers who share our commitment to reducing their carbon footprint. Therefore we consider CSR risks when assessing our suppliers. By the end of 2025, we aim to source at least 35% of our purchases from suppliers with science-based Net Zero targets.

Raising awareness among our employees
Climate Fresk workshops
Since 2022, we have been offering "Climate Fresk" workshops to our people. The Climate Fresk uses a gamification approach to help participants understand the causes and consequences of climate change.

Promoting best practices

Promoting best practices
Each year, we enhance our employees' awareness of eco-friendly practices by sharing new initiatives from different countries. Awareness campaigns on recycling, reducing waste and completed with actions that include the automatic shutdown of computers at night, motion sensitive light sensors, paperless offices, and clean-up activities organized for Earth Day
