Amundi is pleased to announce that Amundi US takes part into Amundi’s global support of women’s golf with the sponsorship of three talented women golfers launching their careers in the US: Rose Zhang (USA), Agathe Laisné (FR) and Kaitlyn Papp (USA).
With the creation of the “US Amundi Team”, these golfers become members of Amundi's Women Talent Program, which supports young women golfers around the world. Amundi partners with inspirational women golfers for a two-year period to help them develop their talent and raise their profiles on the international golfing stage.
This program was created last year, with a first European Team composed of 5 players: Camille Chevalier (FR), Lucie Malchirand (FR), Luna Sobron Galmes (ES), Karolin Lampert (DE) and Lucrezia Colombotto Rosso (IT).
The 3 newly joiners, sponsored by Amundi US, will play in high-profile tournaments around the world. Amundi is delighted to support these young women golfers as they build their careers.
These actions are part of Amundi’s global commitment to woman’s golf, with a first step taken in 2021 by becoming the title partner for five years of the women's golf major in Evian, “The Amundi Evian Championship."
The 2022 edition will take place from the 21 to 24th July.
